PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CO-ORDINATOR

Full Time

 

To be responsible for dealing with repairs and maintenance co-ordination for over 600 properties.  The applicant will liaise with landlords, tenants and tradesmen contractors to ensure properties are well maintained.  Computer skills, customer service, administration, initiative and an ability to work on your own as well as part of a team will be required.  You will also need to be able to work to deadlines.  Experience of construction and maintenance would be advantageous.  This is a full time position, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings on a rota basis.  A clean driving license is also required.

SATURDAY POSITION

Part Time

 

We are looking for a friendly and efficient person with good “people skills”, to join our team.

 

The job will entail dealing with general enquiries, maintenance enquiries from landlords and tenants, arranging viewings and valuations, conducting accompanied viewings throughout all facets of our business (i.e. residential sales and lettings, commercial and auctions). Whilst primarily the job will be showroom based we are looking for someone to be flexible and to be able to adapt to different roles within the company.

 

The successful applicant will have basic computer literacy, but training will be given on the systems that are operated by each department as necessary.

 

The hours of work will be on a Saturday from 9.30am to 4pm. Other hours could be available if desired, with the option of providing holiday cover throughout the year.
