Landlord and Tenant
The partners act for either landlord or tenant
in the preparation of rental valuations and can negotiate rent reviews and
lease renewals on behalf of either party. They can give advice on
dilapidations and produce Schedules of Condition
Valuation
The partners provide advice across the county for acquisition, lending,
rating and litigation purposes. They also provide advice to banks,
solicitors and other professional bodies.
The practice maintains a database of property transactions and can provide
up to date information on rental levels, yields and prices obtained.
